Mavis wiped the tears from her eyes as she hesitantly approached Rapunzel's house. Her hood hid her hair so nobody would recognize her.

Mavis was freaking out and she knew she had to tell someone and she couldn't bear to tell Hiccup.. Not yet. She clutched her stomach and knocked on the door.

Rapunzel had finally after spending the whole day at it finished braiding her hair. She felt confident and accomplished. At the sound of the doorbell ringing she cocked an eyebrow in confusion. Hiccup was starting to come over less and less, too busy spending time with Mavis or hanging out with Jack or Guy. She hesitantly opened the door. Rapunzel almost gasped when she saw Mavis at the door. She couldn't help but feel guilty. After what happened with her and Pitch, and the note. But she forced a smile anyways. "Hey Mavis. It's good to officially meet you. Hiccup's shown me pictures but it's nice to see you in person. Please come in."

She sniffled and hesitated. "Your brother isn't here right? Please tell me he isn't here.." She looked up at the blone, her eyes red and puffy from crying so hard.

Rapunzel's eyebrows knit with concern. "Hiccup's either at his place or with the guys. Mavis, what's wrong?" shaking her head she quickly added, "Hold on, come inside. You'll catch a cold."

She quickly stepped inside, fighting the urges to throw up. "P-Please don't be upset with me but.." Her brown eyes filled with fear as her gaze locked with Rapunzel's. "I.. I think I'm pregnant!"

Rapunzel paused. She simply grabbed Mavis by her shoulders and slowly sat her down on the couch. Rapunzel sat beside her, still emotionless. "I'm going to say this slowly. And I need you to answer as clearly as you can." she brushed back her hair, hands trembling. "Why Hiccup?" she then burst out laughing before shaking her hands to dismiss what she said. "I'm joking. Ok, are you sure you're pregnant?"

She covered her face with her hands. "I've missed two periods and I throw up every morning!! I've also gained at least fifty pounds. I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant."

"Are you kidding??" Her voice got high and she started to hyperventalate, "He's going to hate me! He'll freak out and I wonr know what to do or how to handle it. Maybe its a false alarm.. isn't there a way to test this?"

Rapunzel nodded eagerly, her hands shaking like parkinsons disease. "Yeah we can get a test from the store downtown. And he won't be angry. He'll probably pass out but other than that...yeah he'll pass out. But c'mon, let's go."

Rapunzel took her hand and led her outside. After they returned home from the store Rapunzel sent Mavis to the bathroom, hoping she could work it herself. "Just follow the instructions." she coaxed.

After minuets of waiting, Mavis screamed. "A plus sign appeared," she yelled, "Oh dear gods its true!!" She flew from the bathroom and held out the test. "What do I do? I-I need to tell him.."
