Oncie wiped his hands on the apron he was wearing before flicking his wrist to make more coffee beans grow on the vines in the garden out front of the shop. This was his job which was easy enough but he hated standing in the sun all day. He greeted the robotic sphere that now approached the shop with a friendly smile and a wave, like he did with every customer.

Wheatley bobbed in greeting to the tall human, saying cheerfully, "Hello mate!"

He nodded, tipping the hat he wore at the robot as he knelt down to gather the beans into a basket. "How are you today?"

"I'm doing alright, how about yourself?"

"Its hot but other than that I can't complain." He stood again, making more beans grow in the place of the freshly picked ones.

"That's interesting! I can't do cool things like that, not little old robot me. Can't drink any of the coffee here either for that matter, just like the atmosphere."

"When I was a little boy I used to pretend I was a robot just because I thought it would be so cool! Then my mom told me if I was a robot I couldn't eat cookies so I decided being a little boy was pretty cool too." He laughed at the memory. "But yeah, the atmosphere here is pretty laid back. Its a nice day brightner to this gloomy town."

Wheatley chuckled. "I sometimes wish I could experience those sorts of things, but I am what I am. Too bad I can't bring my friend here, I think he'd like it."

"Why can't you? I haven't met a person yet who dislikes the coffee shop."

"He can't leave the house. He's recovering from a serious injury, probably won't be able to be up and about for a good while still."

Once-Ler tapped his chin, hmming as he thought. "Is there any way you could take me to him. I may be able to help."

"I..." Wheatley said, brain and memory drive competing. His logical machine part told him that he should accept the help but his half of their brain said this person could be dangerous and letting him near Andy could be dangerous. "Well, I could, I just don't want to scare him. After what happened to hurt him so bad he's been very nervous around strangers."

He nodded. "That's understandable. In this town, you never know what crazy person is lurking around the corner. I just thought I would offer. Good deeds help ease a soul is all." He lifted the now filled basket of beans, carrying it inside. Oncie held the door for the robot. "You coming?"

Wheatley bobbed in a nod, following after him. "I suppose if I go in first and warn him it should be okay though, he will take it better that way. You won't mind waiting a moment will you?"

"Of course not. If you're his best friend and you trust me, he may trust me too."
