A calico cat was sitting on one of the pieces of rubble of one the ruined houses that was destroyed by Jackson's antics. It narrowed it's eyes at the woman figure walking along the street with a humorous smirk upon her lips. Anita stopped in her tracks, feeling a familiar presence near her. Then smiled a cruel, yet sweet looking smile.
"Well isn't this a pleasant surprise. Didn't think I would meet you in this town...Flynn. Or should I say Eugene?" Anita addressed as she peered over at the cat. The cat hissed threateningly at the woman before hopping off the rubble onto the ground. The cat swiftly changed into Flynn as he stalked towards the woman with dark eyes.
"It's Flynn! More importantly, what are you doing here, Witch!? I thought you died in that fire." Flynn growled lightly, his fists clenched. Anita stood where she was, watching the male with amused filled eyes. "I'm so sorry to have ruined your little dream. Poor little gypsy boy didn't get what he wanted." Anita giggled in a snarky tone. Flynn hissed in anger. He started towards her with hatred filled eyes, but stopped quickly when he felt something hard against the back of his head and a click.
"I wouldn't do that, you little bastard." Korso gruffly growled as he pressed the gun harder against Flynn's head, his gaze cold and uncaring. Flynn flinched at the coldness of the tone and breathed out slowly. "I see that you lived too....father." Flynn slowly said, as he watched Anita's eyes flashed in annoyance at this statement. Suddenly in a flash, Flynn was pulled up off the ground roughly and thrown against the ruined building.
"I'm not your damn father anymore, brat." Korso scowled darkly, as he kept the gun pointed at the injured and stunned Flynn. Flynn grunted in pain as he sat up, rubbing at his aching head. He glared darkly at Korso, staring blankly at the gun. "Your blood is flowing through my veins. That will never change. Not even her dark magic can change it!" Flynn retorted in a cold tone, pointing at Anita. Anita bristled at this statement, but kept her small smile.
"You call him father. But a son shouldn't want his father dead!" she snapped before breathing out slowly. Flynn averted his eyes down at the ground at this statement. "I know that you were those people's ally. That you're the one who told them where our location was!" Anita said sharply, glaring at Flynn with accusing eyes. Flynn shrugged lightly as he cautiously stood up by using the wall for support. "So? I condemned a deceiving witch bitch and a man who abandoned his family for such a demon." Flynn shot back with venom, his expression showing no remorse.
"This coming from someone who almost condemned an innocent boy to death!" Anita hissed, gritting her teeth. Flynn winced at this accusation, looking away quickly. "I didn't know that he was going to be there. They didn't know either. Besides...Nolan wasn't really an innocent." he said truthfully, furrowing his eyebrows at the mention of Nolan. He was surprised to see the male in Discord, but more surprised to see that he wasn't himself.
Anita read Flynn's thoughts and watched his memories of Nolan easily. "If you're wondering to why is different, it's because I placed a memory spell on him." Even though Nolan didn't have his whole personality, she was glad that Nolan did keep most of his personality. Flynn scowled lightly at Anita. "I don't give a shit. Besides I don't need to be scolded by the Witch who stole my father away from my mother and then killed her!" he snapped angrily, clenching his fists. Anita rolled her eyes at this and crossed her hands behind her back.
"Oh sweetie, I didn't use any witchcraft to get Korso. It's called seduction, my dear." She giggled before adding, "Besides your mother just didn't know when to give up. All I did was create a nice thunderstorm for her and that gypsy group. It wasn't my fault that she gave up her life to save you." Korso stood silent at the spot, his hold on the gun lessened. Then he put the gun back into his holster and stood there with a blank expression. Not even Anita nor Flynn knew what the male was thinking or feeling. But they left it at that.
Flynn punched the wall out in anger, memories of his mother pulling him out of his bed out onto the ship's deck. He had been terrified by the lightening and thunder. His mother, Marina, had placed him in one of the safety boats and was about to get in with him until the lightening strike the ship's mast. She had quickly let the safety boat drop into the water before the mast hit and crushed her into the ship immediately. He had watched the boat become consumed by fire and slowly sinking down into the crashing waves. Thankfully for Flynn, his small boat reached the closest shore in matter of hours. Those memories still haunted him to time and time again.
"Look who's talking! You almost condemned an innocent boy to death too!" Flynn yelled out in anguish, wincing as blood ran down his hand. Anita just stood there, staring at him with indifferent eyes. "I warned her that there would be consequences. I warned her to stay alone and away from people. But because of her refusal to listen, her son was almost killed and that whole gypsy troupe died." Anita commented with a cool gaze. She didn't care much for the child of the woman who had been with Korso first. Anita had actually wanted Marina to refuse her warnings and cause her grief and horror. She didn't accomplish that really since Flynn had lived through that storm.
"Besides you were innocent? I think not, my dear young thief. And now womanizer...or should I say playing with the hearts of males? Quite unfortunate that you fell in love with two males." Anita smirked darkly before adding, "Will you stay with the one you're with now? Or the intervening one?"
Flynn narrowed his eyes at Anita, annoyed by the fact that she had looked at his memories. "Keep the fuck out of my head!" Flynn snapped angrily, gritting his teeth. Anita shook her head and looked over to Korso.
"Well it seems that we've had enough of this reunion. We'll be keeping an eye on you, my dear Flynn. Ta Ta!" Anita exclaimed as she hooked her arm with Korso's arm, who looked down at her with a smirk. Then he looked over at Flynn with sharp, amused eyes. "By the way, we never did survive that fire. Too bad for you, that Anita's magic brought us back as spirits." Korso snickered before using his powers to make him and Anita disappear in thin air. Flynn widened his eyes in surprise, leaning against the wall for support. He had to make sure to keep Naveen and Gary safe from those two. He wasn't going to lose another loved one.
