Holli was sitting at a small table in the bar, humming softly to the music in the background and not really focusing on anything in particular.

Mavis needed to escape the confines of her house. She was tired of just sitting around, never having any fun. She stepped into the bar, pulling her jacket tighter around her as she stepped up to the bar, ordering a drink.

Holli tilted her head as she saw the girl come in. She looked a bit young to be here.

Mavis was eighteen but she did look a little young. She sipped her cocktail, leaning against the bar. Her eyes met Holli's and she smiled politely.

Holli smiled back at the younger girl, debating whether or not to go over and talk to her.

She looked away to look around again but her eyes kept coming back to Holli. She felt vulnerable alone so she walked over. "Hi. Is anyone sitting with you?"

Holli chuckled. "Maybe. My dad wanted to protect me from people like him. He was a bit of a ladies man." She smirked.
