Mavis sat in a corner booth, shoving spoon fills of butter pecon, pistachio, and cotton candy flavored ice cream mixed with gummy bears, whipped cream and peanut butter into her mouth. Her cravings were getting weirder and weirder but it never stopped her from eating whatever it was. She was looked out the window at the sun lit sky and smiled, resting her head against the glass.

Rapunzel lapped at the triple strawberry cone she'd ordered. Despite the drama she enjoyed small treats to calm her down. However Rapunzel nearly dropped her ice cream once she noticed Mavis in the corner. With a deep breath she stepped towards her. "Mavis? Hi."

She saw the familiar face in the windows reflection and snapped her head sideways to look at her old friend"Rapunzel? Um.. Hey." She gave a small wave, dropping her spoon into her half empty bowl.

Rapunzel looked different from the last time she saw Mavis. Her hair fell over her face in tangles, and she wore a black t shirt and jeans. Rapunzel was almost embarrassed to be seen by Mavis because of her looks. "Can I sit with you?"

"Oh.. Ah.. Sure. Why not!" She gestured to the seat across from her, deciding not to mention Rapunzels new look. Her stomach was much larger and there were bangs under her eyes from lack of sleep but she looked relatively similar.
