Cecil stood by the gate of the dog park. Back in Nightvale there hadn't even been a gate to get in. Probably for the best given the hooded figures. The one time it had been opened people had been taken to another dimension and never recovered.

Jack was already inside the dog park,he was sitting in a tree as he looked up at the sky,he then sensed someone who was about to get in the dog park

Cecil stepped into the dog park, narrating under her breath out of habit. "Citizens, I am entering the forbidden dog park. Here in Discord it apparently has shadowy figures rather than hooded ones. I shall keep you posted on whether these figures too have hoods."

Jack then heard someone,he then looks below seeing a blonde man,walking,it looked like he was talking to himself,
Jack then flies down and stands in front of him "Uh what are you doing?" he asked

"Well, there was the time we were ruled by the glow cloud. Otherwise we are run by the city council. They howl, but aren't generally easy to understand. And don't get me talking about my old bosses. Anyone who went into their offices was never seen again, lost forever were those poor interns."

"Fear what you know, and what you don't yet know you don't know," Cecil replied, the eye on his forehead open and glowing. When it shut Cecil didn't seem aware of what he had just said, saying, "ah yes, Carlos! Perfect Carlos!" He looked giddy at the thought of his boyfriend.
