Power: Has the power of Sonic Speed,and got transformed into a freak,
Bio: Kira was a very complicated girl,she loved sports,and likes to help others,but once her family spit apart,she had to move out,it took her a while to find somewhere to live,till she found Discord,
She thought the town looked strange when she met Jack,He turned her into a freak and gave her super speed.
it was useful for her to get away from dangerous people and stuff
Personality: Kira is a very nice person,she can be sarcastic,confident and even brave too,but just cause shes nice doesn't make her strong,she can be mean if she wants to.
*TIP* Kira was Gary's Childhood friend,once they were in High school she told him his feelings but he didn't feel the same And they never spoke to each other again {WATCH OUT DIPPER XD}
