Anna was ecstatic when she heard there would be a library. The hospital she stayed at rarely had good books, most of the shelves were filled with self help and coloring books. Occasionally a biology book as well. The rows of shelves and smell of fresh books overpowered Anna as she hungrily fled up and down the aisles trying to find something that would spike her interest. Like a romance or satire book.

Nolan was sitting on one of the library sofa's, reading a book, looking up at the sound of scuttling feet. He glanced over to where the sounds were coming from, spotting a female scurry up and down one of the aisles in excitement. "Are you looking for something?" he asked out in curiosity.

Anna turned around, still in a daze of glee. "Oh um yeah I am. Do you know where I can find a good fairy tale book? Call me cliche but I'm a sucker for those type of romance, action, and sword fighting stories." her hands roamed the unfamiliar lining's of the books in front of her.

Nolan chuckled in amusement at the girl's delight. "Of course. I'll show you where they are." Nolan added as he got up from the couch. He placed his book down, mentally branding the page number in his head. "You seem like the type of person to love that genre."

Anna smiled shyly, looking up at him. "Thanks. May I guess your type? Maybe adventure? Wild west." she giggled.

Nolan smiled back at her, quirking an eyebrow at the wild west suggestion. "You got it semi-correct with the adventure one. I'm into adventure, action, and fantasy." Nolan answered.

Anna looked over Nolan as he spoke. He's handsome and intelligent. When she reminded herself he was speaking she smiled with embarrassment. "Yeah the wild west was a joke. I suspected you were an action fan. What's your favorite book?"

Nolan chuckled softly at the female's obvious embarrassment, before thinking for a moment. "Hmm, I got to say that the Game of Throne book series." he answered with a grin.

Anna shrugged, clutching books to her chest that interested her. "I haven't read them. I hear they're huge though."

"They're really thick books to read. But are very worth it," he commented, before nodding his head to a direction toward some other aisles of books. "Want me to take you over to the section that has those books you were talking about?"

Anna grinned widely. "Ok sure. I mean..yeah." her alphabet soup of words made her chew her lip to silence herself.

Nolan quirked an eyebrow at Anna in amusement. She seemed to be a very nice, yet nervous girl. A fresh face like hers was really a nice thing to see in Discord. They really needed to get more people like her here. He started towards the other section, motioning for her to follow him.

Anna followed behind like an excited puppy. Nolan seemed harmless, not like Jackson. Jackson was the only thing making her cautious of strangers in Discord, besides the powers.

Nolan glanced behind his shoulder at the girl, amused by her enthusiasm. Once they reached the aisle, Nolan turned and gave Anna a light smile. "I'm guessing these are the books that you described?"

Anna looked through them with awe. "Perfect! They all sound interesting. The best kind of books have good titles. The kind that suck you in."
